Bjørn P. Brox I assume you are asking because she was a Geni user herself?
Her account have to be closed to give you full edit access to her profile.In general most profile related requests is managed through the [Actions] menu in the upper right corner of the specific profile, and that are not depending on your subscription status.
In your case you select Report -> Deceased.- From the FAQ : How do I report a profile as Deceased?

Subject: Request for Help with Restoring and Merging My Family Tree
Hello Geni Support Team,
Unfortunately, I lost access to my previous family tree registered under the email: 10maria5000@gmail.com.
I have not logged into Geni for a long time, and I can no longer access my old family tree, which had about 120 people.When I started building a new family tree, I noticed matches with the same people from my old tree (people I had added). However, I do not have access to the old tree anymore.
I would greatly appreciate your help in restoring access to my old family tree and merging it with my current profile.

I really need my old family tree within a week.
