This is an older alternative and possible route which is not wanted. Måns should be my wife's 7th great grandfather.
Please rectify.
My 6th Great Grandfather, whose Profile I myself added in 2008, was listed as "Cornelius Dorsey, Sr. is your fifth great grandmother's husband's father." HELLO?? Earlier I had a similar description of an great- UNCLE listed as a cousin's mother's husband.
I tried to fix Cornelius Dorsey it by correcting his son's Parents, and it BROKE MY TREE and Robert Walker Dorsey, http://www.geni.com/people/Robert-Dorsey/6000000017237035508 and his wife, parents and ALL ancestors disappeared from MY tree. Please RESTORE my tree, and fix those relationship descriptions. A spouse of a grandparent IS the other grandparent unless there is a separate marriage involved. The siblings of a parent are Aunt and Uncle. The spouse of an Uncle is called Aunt. always.
Geni has had this basic problem for years without any action to fix it.
