I'm not able to view "the three". response is that the three have bugs. Can you please look into this and being helpful to fix this ptoblem?

Michal I have tried 3 times, two days in a row to upgrade and am unable to upgrade! Fix your system - I'm told you are having technical difficulties sometimes and other times the transaction has not been accepted. Has it not been accepted because of technical difficulties?

Michal When I click on Submit a Ticket for specific help, I am sent to the upgrade page that still does not upgrade me!
