It looks like it is trying, the bar moves along and turns blue until it says "communicating with Geni Servers" and then it does not progress (I have left the computer and come back later)

Jeff, Geni Curator You might want to test a different web browser, perhaps Google Chrome.

I've been having troubles with the downloading for months now. I works maybe 1 time out of 20. Do the Geni crew know about this, or is it just me who's unlucky? I know others that had and have this problem too. A bit irritating!
