Now when I try to access it, it says I don't have permission to view this page. What is going on?
Also, my nephew tried to send me a complete family tree and I could not receive it from Geni.
Can you help?

Jeff, Geni Curator Charlene, you have two profiles on Geni, so you're logged into the wrong one. You're current profile was created 1/31/13, but your other profile was created 7/12/10. So you'll want to remember your email and password from 2010. In fact, there are 4 profiles of you on Geni. Two of them are managed by you, another by Beverly Ugent and another by Arnold Shevin. Ultimately, you'd want to merge them all into a single profile managed by you. If you have these people add your email address to your profile in their tree, it should email you a request to merge the profile.
