For the past four days, I've been unable to upload videos. I've tried both a 71 MB .avi file and a 17.7 MB .mv4 file--both file formats/sizes have uploaded fine for me in the past--but after loading for awhile, an error screen appears: "We are experiencing technical difficulties." My husband tried uploading videos from his account but gets the same error message. We've also tried two different browsers (Firefox & Safari) but that didn't help.

Jenny Nicole Fisher This makes a full week now that I've tried every day to upload a video but can't. This is the primary reason I use Geni--to share videos with family. Because this hasn't been resolved, I'm going to start using a different web site (and my extended family as well). Very disappointing.
