My aunt had previously been invited to join my tree years ago, but never did. Now she is interested in joining, so I have sent her a "reminder" to her hotmail address and it was never received. I then deleted the email address from her profile and added it back in to re-send an invite, but that was not received either. I have tried multiple times to send a "reminder" or an "invite" but they have not been received on her end. Is there a current issue that would be causing this problem?

Jeff, Geni Curator Might want to double check the spam filter "Junk Folder" and if it's in there mark it as "not junk", perhaps even whitelist it.
