I submitted a death report for my great-uncle a year ago, and just got a birthday reminder!!! This is ridiculous. How long must we wait?!?!?

  You usually get such cases resolved within 24 hours, at least now. Try again

  I tried that - all I get is a message saying "already submitted" and no option for comment or anything
