Can't submit tickets

When I go to the help page and try to submit a ticket, all I get is the "Sign up for Pro!" page. If I click "Cancel" it takes me back to the help home page. So maybe that's intentional, in which case, what the heck kind of support is that? At least be explicit and say "Sorry, tickets are only available to paying subscribers."

The only REASON I'm trying to submit a ticket is because -- guess what -- your email database got compromised! How do I know this? I sign up with a different email address on *every* website I go to. The address I use here, geni@barrayar.org, I have ONLY ever used on this site. Because I don't use the same email address for everything like most people do, I get very, VERY little spam, on the order of 3-5 pieces of spam email per YEAR. (The last time I received any spam was three months ago.)

Well, two days ago I got a spam email, and the To: address was geni@barrayar.org. I ignored it, figuring it might be a oneoff. Well, this morning I got two more, also to geni@barrayar.org. This means that someone found that email address in the only place it exists: your databases. So either you guys are selling your email database to spammers, or it got compromised. I thought you should know.
