Problem with my homepage and unable to get list of recent activity updates

I cannot see a list of recent activity anymore on my page. My page is also stuck. Can you please rectify. I am concerned that someone who I complained about may have done something to my page. Can you please restore. My email is srjohnson1966@btinternet.com

  Have you checked the Filter option to the right?

  I keep clicking the filter and nothing happens

  May be you should do some cleanup. Log out of Geni and click this link: http://www.geni.com/login/clear_cookies

  Thankyou for advice but i still cant get updates. There are two bars constantly revolving - one says "downloading stories" and the other below it says "downloading revisions".

  I have tried undoing both settings and re-applying them and saving settings but nothing works.

  I don't know how to contact geni team

  Hello Stephen:

  We are not showing any issues with your Recent Activity stories. Besides the two bars constantly revolving is there any error message that you receive? You might need to try another browser (Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer).

  I have just installed Google as my internet explorer instead of MSN and logged into Geni - and I still have the same problem. Why is my filter folder unable to open

  I think I remember another post that had a similar issue (Why does my homepage keep downloading stories and revisions?).  They found it was some the Windows Tracking Protection in Internet Explorer.  Worth checking out...

  I cannot see a list of recent activity anymore on my Home Page. It shows the downloading stories but not opening the Recent Activity. Can you please rectify.

  My Filter option does not let me save changes.  Everything is locked on my newsfeed and I cannot delete a message.
