I have a Pro account.
I am a member for about five years.
My home page says I am my second cousin.
When I try and report this I am asked for my credit card number to take out a Pro account.
I used to be able to access the Help Desk/

James, what you have is two Geni accounts living in a single tree. Perhaps each is using a different email address? So a merge needs to take place to combine all those duplicate profiles (including your own) into a single branch. The two Archie Griffin profiles need to become one, Joyce, and then you. If you're familiar with merges, you can start by clicking the exclamation point on your GGF James Griffin (http://www.geni.com/family-tree/index/2492848). I'd be happy to help you resolve these merges if you'd like but I didn't want to do it for you if you would prefer to do it yourself.
I might have removed the exclamation by clicking on it and then canceling out. You might have to click the "More", "Resolve Duplicates" if you want to complete it, where you'll drag the duplicate profiles (wife & children) onto their duplicates and then proceed to the merge screen.

Geni will not let me change the email address on the non-Pro account to "JamesGriffin@NYC.RR.Com"
I would be delighted if you kindly resolved these merges. I find Geni less user-friendly than it was six+ years ago when I joined
