For years I have had my account name as Helena Hickey-Sabotka's tree. I am a "Pro" account and was rebilled 4/27/13. Now I can't access my treee at all. It will not download and the family nesletter, dated May 12-18-13  reads "Hickey Sabotka Sabotka Family Tree".

What is wrong? Please help me as I have stage 4 cancer and have more info to record. Thank you.

  tried to sign in - got a msg that my email account was not known and was sent to a new sign up screen.  at this point, was sent to a screen that stated that the permission for this action was only available to administrators.
