rotate function of pictures doesnt work

it rotates the picture but after clcking 'done', it does something to save it but it doesn't save it.

  This has ben an issue for the last 4 (four) years, and it still does not work. Please fix it!

  Where is the rotate button?

  You have a rotate button in the image viewer, and yes it is working, - I just tested my own profile picture.

  BTW: James, - how can you complain about a problem when you don't even know where it is? ;-)
