Problem Exporting GEDCOM

I am unable to export a GEDCOM. When I submit the request, I get the following error message in red print: Profiles to export (between 1 and 0 profiles).

The only profile I actually created was my own, then I merged with my husband's tree. My husband had already created all the profiles for my ancestors. He is unable to download those profiles (since they are not his ancestors), and I can't download them either. Do they really have to be re-entered by me in order to be downloadable? They would then have to each be merged with my husband's tree. That does not seem sensible.

Hi Ann,

The number of profiles that can be exported in a GEDCOM is based on the number of profiles you have added. Your profile shows that your husband had added your profile, so he may export a GEDCOM of your ancestors for you through the 'Actions' option when he goes to your profile page and select 'Export GEDCOM.'
