How do you clear these? These continue to appear as number bubbles by my people. I do not want to subscribe to My Heritage. I will cancel my pro subscription if this is not resolved!! Please respond.

Maggi Biles I agree, I am fed up with getting smart matches and then being pushed to My Heritage. I cannot afford their excessive prices

Geni Support Team Hi, Smart Matches are provided in partnership with MyHeritage (our parent company). If you do not want to confirm them, then you may simply ignore them.
If you no longer wish to receive email updates about new Smart Matches, then you may update your notification settings: https://www.geni.com/account_settings/notifications . Uncheck the box next to the emails you no longer wish to receive and save your changes.
