I have tryed to finish geni pro several Days and still Im a member. I thougth I finally made it a couple of Days ago but today when I visited geni I was still a member!!! And now I have to pay!!! I DONT WANT IT. HELP me finish geni pro!!!

Geni Support Team Hi Susanna,
Please know that you had successfully cancelled your subscription, you were not charged when your free trial period ended on February 8, 2014. Your Geni account has reverted to the Basic free account.
