Hello Mr. Brox, Thank you for your concern and fast response.

Geni Helpdesk (Hiromimarie) sent me that link, and that's when the page totally blew out. Before that, the configuration was the normal graphic Geni Page but with the defficiencies I mentioned in my former mail. I tried your link again and nothing happened. The anomally also happens with my Laptop which is a brand new Sony Vaio touch screen, or in any PC I use to get in my page. It happens as soon as I open the Gustavo Ferrero page. Please I want you to help me with this, I do not want to be charged with another year's fee if the page doesn't get straightened up. Does the My Heritage system offer the same advantages of GENI ?, if my Geni page has to be cancelled, can I switch to My Heritage ? Whatever the answer is, if I pay for something that will cut a good percentage of my yearly government (hard to believe but true) credit card allowance, at least it should work. Thank you very much, I hope you can help me. I attach for you the printscreen page as it came after clicking your link and logging in again.

  Tried another browser?
  Using Google Chrome ?

  Check your browser add-ons, - using another PC would not help since the add-ons follows your Google account f you have set up synchronization.
  I once had to disable an add-on myself to make Geni work (search did not work, etc)

  At the moment I'm in Kingston, Jamaica for work. I opened my GENI page here at the hotel and everything worked perfectly

  in my Laptop. I hope it also  does in PC when I get back to Caracas.  I'll keep you informed.
