I pressed "Report a Bug" button, not "Suggest an Idea" as I want to report a bug.
GEDCOM Export does not work. You help files et al say I should get atleast something downloaded, but so far it has not worked.
I want to get the family tree my sister and I have been building, it is small which should be able to get even with basic account.
PS. I am VERY dissapointed by your methods of forcing pro accounts on your customers. These kinds of methods to pressure payments will only drive customers to your competition's services.

Romeo I have the same problem and have tried to export several times and never get a GEDCOM file to my email :(

Please note that if you wish to receive a notification of when your GEDCOM is ready you will need to update your notification settings (http://help.geni.com/entries/466642-How-can-I-update-my-email-notifications-). Otherwise, you may export your GEDCOM by going to http://www.geni.com/gedcom/download (http://help.geni.com/entries/466639-How-can-I-export-my-GEDCOM-).
