I used to have a profile with Geni with which I frequently received emails and reminders for my family tree. I have stopped receiving messages for my account ( Shaina Purser, or Shaina P.) after I switched it to private about a year or so ago. I cannot access my profile now, and when I tried contacting the "account manager" it is managed by a relative Michele Wexler. How do I gain access to my account again so I can view my family tree? Thank you for your help.

Bjørn P. Brox As far as I can see you have closed your account and is is almost a year since the one who inherited your profile was logged in.
According to the FAQ you have to as a relative active in your tree to re-.invite you to your own ´profile.
