I've entered education information 3 times for one of my relatives, clicked "Save and Close", but none of the information is in the profile when I click on "Edit Profile" again. Other information appears to be sticking.

Michał Mikołaj Jaworski I got exactly same problem. After entering data to my grandfather profile and clicking "Save and Close" the system is moving me to the next input field, but does not save the work.
