I have posted several comments to this photo:
Next to each comment their is an arrow which should produce a drop down menu with one option being to Delete the comment.
Clicking on the arrow, instead of displaying the drop down menu, scrolls me to the top of the page.
I had tried it out and seems I have no problem to see the drop down menu. I can only see "Mark as spam" options in the drop down menu as I don't have full permission on it.
What browser did you used? Have you tried on a different browser? I'm using Firefox on a Windows PC.
OK it seems to be an issue with my laptop then.
99% i'm using Chrome but that is not the issue as i just tried using Chrome on my android phone and Delete came up fine. Also tried IE on a tablet which worked fine too.
Any idea what the issue might be with the laptop? I'll try the old Switch it off fix first :)
I would check what kind of addons you have - I know that adblock cause some problems on Geni like search not working so you have to whitelist a specific google URL.
I went to chrome://extensions/ and got the following "Boo... You have no extensions :-( Want to browse the gallery instead?"
So it doesn't seem to be an addon.
Some cleanup maybe?

I followed your advice but i am not sure if it helped.
When i logged back in and went to the photo i was able to delete a comment, fixed!
BUT when i went to delete the next comment the problem was back.
I Refreshed the page and was able to delete one comment only, it seems i have to refresh the page each time.

I had actually tried to simulate the problem and seems I can also see it. This will happen once I added a new comment then try to delete any comments. If I reload the page, the problem gone and I can delete any comments normally.
I had inspected the HTML. When the problem occur seems there is a duplicate ID of "comment_body". There is an Ajax script going to use this id. Reload the page, then this duplicate ID gone and I can delete it without any problem. There is also some other different in the whole HTML after refreshed.

I do realize this also happen after deleting a comment in the Guestbook. Seems it is not strict to photo comment. I guess any page that using the same comment module will face the same problem.
