I don't know how hard it would be to fix, but if Geni's interest is to be grammatically correct where possible, then you might want to use non-capitalized month names in profiles.
For example, a profile, when displayed in French, may show birth date as "28 Juillet 1840". It should be "28 juillet 1840".

The translations to other languages are made by the users, so I suggest that you just make a correction yourself.
