Exporting GEDCOM files

previously i have downloaded my GEDCOM file successfully but not anymore. on the 'Share Your Tree > Export' page, do not seem to work. Please advice, thank you.

  If you want to download your tree GEDCOM file, you can first try to export it by opening the profile that you wished to export(e.g your own profile). Then select Actions at around top right area. There should be an "Export GEDCOM" options available in the actions list.

  Hello,

  My problem new Gedcom is almost the same. I have done a lot of  exportings by the GENI's Gedcom option. To day it was impossible to export from one the greate grandfathers of my wife. The button for Gedcom option is not comming  up.The year for his birth is 1682. I am an PRO member and also an administrator of this profile. I hope someone can tell me what is wrong in this case.
