So OK I get the email and click the link - change my password and see my Tree....
then I log out and when I try to login with the new password - I am DENIED access ?
I asked for a second reset and now I'm asking You "What is the Problem with my update?"
..... I must tell you that I DO NOT give my phone number when asked; I will NEVER give my phone # to Geni, or FaceBook, or whoever asks!

I'm afraid to log out because I can't remember my password. I wrote it down in my password book, but it's crossed out now & I can't find a new one. Help!
I need help. Please. I got an email message saying my password has expired. I just logged in last week & messaged Prof. Martina. You can check that out. So on the email, I changed my password, except when I get here it will not accept it nor the one before it. It won't accept any previous passwords I've had that are in my Password Manager. Now I've had to set up a new one, but how do I restore all of my family, etc??
Then after I put in my email to get a new password request, I look at it and the email, which is mostly blocked out with ***'s but not enough that I can't tell it's NOT my email. No wonder I wasn't receiving the request. I did everything it said to do. I added no-reply... to my contact list & made sure Geni .com wasn't on the block sender list. Nothing. I checked & double checked & triple checked all of the files where it could have possibly be & Nothing. Someone please just restore my original account. Please. Thank you!
