Tried more than 12 times to verify my email address so I could make contact with other s. Never get any
emails from GENI, though they keep saying "confirmation email sent"! Email address is correctly spelled, as I get other emails just fine from other people.

According to the system admins, Geni is not having any system-wide kind of problem with email delivery. It's possible the ISP could be rejecting it or that it has gotten placed in a spam folder.
me too, and unless I sign up ...can't contact them either!!
Me too . tried to verify multiple time over many days , and nothing . can`t change email address either ....not in spam folder ,not in junk mail ,nowhere . Not gonna cough up cash if I can`t logout and login .
I'm having the same issue in 2025. I thought it was just because my email account had been inactive, so it stopped accepting new emails. But even after I reactivated it, I still wasn't getting the verification email. I made a new account, but I need to merge them in order to see my family tree
