  What type of Error?  Usually the printing process is not anything that a website has control over.  They provide you what to print and it's the job of your computer to print it.  If there is an error in the printing, it's unlikely to be an issue with the website.  What Geni gives you with the downloaded Chart is just a big picture (JPG) file.  Once you have that, Geni has nothing else to do with it.  Any problem you have with printing the picture is a problem with your computer which seems beyond our ability to assist with.  Maybe remove and reinstall your printer?
