Filter by Last Name

I love the descendants list that is automatically created, but I have no way to filter it by Last Name or First Name. This is especially important for giant lists for people way way up the tree.  Please either add another filter, and/or give us the option to export it to .csv or .txt so that we can use a spreadsheet for advanced filtering.

  I would call this a feature request, not a bug.  http://help.geni.com/forums/337266-Feature-Requests

  While this doesn't filter, you can sort by name, so that may get you part way there.

  I might just be missing something - how can I filter names by first name/last name or the opposite? The function to do so with managers  in data conflicts does not seem to work, or I am just doing it wrong.
