My tree will not print. I get an immediate message that my printer cannot be found. This only happens when I attempt to print my Geni tree. I can print anything and everything else I want. I use Windows 10, the "stock" browser and print program, with an Epson WorkForce 645 printer. Any ideas?
Geni doesn't have a print feature as far as I'm aware, so I expect your printing via your browser or downloading an image (the poster) and printing that via the image viewer program. I don't see how Geni would make it so your browser or image program would be a cause for printer not be found. Perhaps take a screen shot and print that? I don't know as it sounds very strange.
Hello. Since yesterday I can print anything form anywhere except for Geni. All that comes out of the printer is a blank sheet with yellow tint to the paper. Thank you

Is an inkt / toner cartridge finished (are you printing in black/white or color)?
What are you trying to print from Geni? (can you give a link?)
Hi Alan, can you please clarify if you are printing the basic tree view or the Family Tree Chart? Does the PDF file look normal?
