I can't find my database :(

Hello and please help me,

No matter what I type in I am directed to Fulvia Bruna Zerial which has 4 entries. NOT THE DATABASE I WANT.

The database I used has dozens of entries but I CAN'T FIND IT!

How do I find it? My name is Fulvia Zerial Grant so it could be in either name.

I also did a merge with my cousin Orietta Umari Fister (who did get my entries).

I could not work out how to save or backup the database so I don't have a copy.

I can't upgrade because I CAN'T FIND MY DATABASE!

I am very upset that I spent hours using this database only to find it's disappeared.

NOT HAPPY!

  AND.....not happy that contacting you is SOOOOO hard.

  As far as I can see you created a new account in june and have not added any profiles to that. There is another account on your name with a familytree, so I suggest you log out of your new account and try logging in with another email you might have used for that account.

  Hi Louise, it looks like you accidentally created a duplicate account. Please log out of Geni and then log back in with the correct email address and password.
