I'm the owner of my tree (basic account). It was working just fine for several days, a week or so ago, but today it says, "Couldn't Load Plugin" in the middle of the tree screen after I click on the "Tree" tab. I've attached a screenshot.
I found nothing in the forum or help areas that addressed this issue.
I put a lot of work into my tree and invited two relatives (who have accepted) so far. I need access to the tree.
PLEASE EMAIL ME WITH A RESPONSE SO I CAN CONTINUE WORK ON MY TREE.
