Jeff, Geni Curator How are you trying to view them? If you navigate your tree, you shouldn't run into any issues, so we'll need to understand how you're seeing the billing screen. It could happen if you're using the advanced search to find a relative outside of your tree or perhaps if you're clicking on one of the matches (Tree, Smart, or Record).
