Re connect my DNA from FTDNA

My FTDNA shows I am connected to Geni, however I am not, Went into FTDNA and it shows I am connected. Please advise how to rectify and have DNA recorded on Geni

  Yes my account is now up and running. I sent a message on the facebook Geni page

  Beth, Do you have FamilyFinder through a transfer from Ancestry? If so did you pay or have referrals to unlock it? Or did you test directly through FTDNA and send them swabs?

  Thanks, John. My atDNA at FTDNA was a free transfer from ancestry.com. It is not unlocked. Sounds like this will be the problem? If so, I can upload the ancestry.com results directly, but am unsure how to do so. Thanks again! Beth

  I think I may have a similar issue: My Aut DNA test was through Ancestry and is showing on Geni, but My Y37 DNA test through Family Tree DNA is not reflected on my profile. What do I need to do to get my Y DNA Test to upload to Geni?
