I can not view Trees on Geni any longer

When i open Geni all writing is in Blue and everything is down the left side of the page. the normal Geni page does not show when I click "View Tree" i get a response "Loading Tree" but nothing happens. I have tried using a different Browser but have the same issue. I have uninstalled Google chrome and re-installed it, no change. I Have tried it on my Ipad and it works fine.....help

  also having this issue. Tree does not load and I can't add sources/about me section

  Someone told me to reload the tree hitting the F5 key and it worked. Don't ask me why.
