My sister Dawn has her profile twice. The one on the left isn't supposed to be there. I didn't add it and neither did she. And we're trying to fix it. How can I do that?

Jeff, Geni Curator I've mostly fixed Dawn's profile. There are still two, which is easily fixable, but as you said that neither of you created the duplicate, we need to figure out if it belongs to anyone else before we merge it with Dawn's existing profile. So please go to the profile and check the email address, since that profile was used to sign up for Geni with an email different that Dawn's existing email. Hopefully it's an older email from an account she created a while ago. If that's the case, we can just merge the two profiles. If it's some email you've never heard of and she's never used, then perhaps we'll just disconnect it from your tree.
