Hi,

I have made a family tree several years ago.

I no longer have the email address / login informaion with me.

Geni is now trying to start from scratch with my profile.

It sucks big time!

Please restore my account to toni.takomo@gmail.com

  Hello,

  I have the exact same problem. I created a large family tree here years ago. Now I cannot access my old profile anymore and Geni wants me to start another profile from scratch. Could you please merge these two profiles and give me access to my old account?

  I also have the same problem.  I had a fairly extensive tree on here years ago, it now appears to have vanished.  I have no interest in rebuilding on this site if this data is now gone.   Kris Schulenburg
