I had a Geni account for some time, and then learned that I could transfer my DNA results (lots of them) from FtDNA so I tried. I ended up with two accounts, one with the DNA results in it, and the other with the data I had been entering for more than a year. I don't want two accounts, I want just one. What can be done?

John Dale Kessel Geoffrey,
I saw your duplicates and merged them. There was also a duplicate of you from ysearch and mitosearch pedigrees but your mtDNA haplogroup is not the same. Is that your own data you had on those sites too? -
Geoffrey Brown Thanks!! The data on ysearch and mitosearch is weird! I may have loaded data from FTDNA to ysearch at some point. However, I have no siblings, living or dead. I cannot account for the peculiar MtDNA data in Hidden Brown -- and the date of birth of 1905 for Hidden Brown is whacky, too, as my mother would have had to procreate at age 3 to accomplish this. I think Hidden Brown is spurious, and no idea where he came from and think that he ought to be deleted. And thank you very much for merging my two profiles. That is much appreciated!!

John Dale Kessel The 1905 date of birth is actually "after 1905" and that is how living people from ysearch and/or mitosearch are listed. I cleared up that now too. Take a look in your merge center and you may have some other matches and data conflicts to look into

KEENE I seem to have TWO separate accounts, but i can't figure out how to merge them to only have ONE with only ONE email. Can you help me? ALSO:: I thought I had a PRO ACCT, can you help me find out if one acct does have it, or am I out of PRO?
Thank you,
