Elena Patarini I also have the same problem. The system tells me I have an automatic renewal (which I did not authorize) and I need to stop it immediately. Yet. I am trying to submit a ticket and I am sent to the page to pay for an upgrade, just the opposite of what I need.
If I am charged for automatic renewal, given that it seems impossible on the site to either cancel it myself or talk to someone to prevent it, I will reject it. Already spoken to the bank to refuse payment.
Absolutely unacceptable service! I will tell my family to leave teh site
