Try location "Hamburg" (Germany)... Hamburg was never part of Prussia or part of Hannover - as your database means...
Hamburg is a City and a state in the Federal Republic of Germany.
German: Bundesland > Hamburg>> Stadt > Hamburg
You should update your location database - PRUSSIA is about 80 years ago

When I type in Hamburg, it comes up as Germany in the location lookup. If an field says Prussia, I expect it is something someone entered manually or copied. Geni doesn't have their own database for location lookups, they use Google for location detection, which as far as I'm aware, is not historical or historically aware.
