Dear friends,
i ordered DNA test and payed 232 euro 28.05.2024 with delivery to Germany. After that i got no news, no e-mails, no news at all. And in my account i can't see any information as well.
Who had the same? How to understand when to wait the test? I ordered it for my grandmother and she is leaving soon

Geni Support Team Hi, you should have received an email from Family Tree DNA, which would include log in information. You should have also received an email when the DNA kit was sent.
Please check your spam folder for an email from Family Tree DNA.

Geni Support Team Hi, after investigating this further, we discovered there was a bug. We have pushed this order through. You should receive an email from FTDNA with information on the DNA kit. Also, an email from FTDNA will be sent when the kit is shipped, which should also include the tracking number.
