I did copy the essencial: "The DNA Services are not available to residents of the following locations ("Restricted Locations"): Israel, France, Poland or the State of Alaska".
If this is not the case I will copy the full terms of service to you.
It is obviously an error that you don't even get access to the Geni DNA terms if the above match you, and will report it to Geni staff. Please note that your login-IP is checked, and not only your profile info, so if you are using a laptop and recently have travelled in those countrys you might log out and in again to register that you your are not within those countries anymore.
