I had an account before with the mailadress pia.h.Olsson@gmail.com but never started the familytree there. Jaffer, this is a problem with your browser, specifically the Adobe Flash plugin. Depending on what browser you're using, you may need to reinstall Adobe Flash and verify it is enabled for Geni.com

Help! I haven't logged in for a few months. I had a quite extensive family tree that I worked on for quite some time. It is gone now. There are only about six people left and it shows that I haven't made any changes since 2014.
Jennifer, this is almost always due to the user logging in with a different email address. Your email is your account so double check that. I searched Geni and didn't see where you had a second account, but I did find a duplicate tree, which I merged for you. That should at least connect you through your paternal line.

Jeff, is there any way to get the maternal side back as well? I had gone back many, many generations.

I don't see another profile for Connie, but if you want to add your grandparents or great grandparents, I can try to find if they exist and connect those branches.

I don't see those profiles elsewhere on Geni to merge into, but I could quickly build it out for you if you'd like. I have some tools that can semi-automate it.
Oh my goodness! That would be wonderful. I also noticed that my father's maternal side is missing beyond his mother. Bummer.
