  Hi Phillipp, we released a fix for messages last week. If you are still experiencing this issue, can you please provide more details about your issue?

  Can only send message to those I collaborate with.
  All other messages not sending.

  Hi Phillipp, it appears you got caught in our spam filter. This can happen sometimes if you try to send too many messages to non-collaborators within a short amount of time. Your messages have now been released.

  As suggested send messages to managers whenever I corrected any information on a profile.
  Corrected more than 300 over the weekend.
  Finding too many profiles with incorrect information on GENI.

  It looks like you got caught in our spam filter again. You should be able send messages now.
