Geni Support Team Hi Denis, can you confirm if your FTDNA account is showing your results? If they are, can you try disconnecting from FTDNA's side and then reconnect your account to Geni?

all fine with FTDNA - I have my DNA results and can see matches, ethnicity estimate etc.
Before writing here I found similar problem which occured by several accounts in past and already tried to disconnect and connect again. It doesn't work unfortunately.

Geni Support Team Can you try clearing your browser cookies? Then go to "Partner Applications" on FTDNA to unlink your account and then try re-linking again on Geni.

Geni Support Team Hi Denis, this appears to be an issue with FTDNA. We suggest contacting FTDNA support directly and let them know that when you link your account with Geni, there are no results. Geni says the call to https://www.geni.com/ftdna/
