I can not open the tabs or add family on any of the Profiles

  Hi my name is April Valentine when l am trying to add people on my tree it freezes up and l have to go back in and it does it again l am using my phone an Android phone l use my phone for others like Facebook ancestry and others and it doesn't happen it's only Geni it needs to be fixed so l can use it thanks
