too slow....too complicated and too restrictive GENI please delete my GEDCOM

this site has made the practice of managing a large tree too difficult... and it won't let me delete a gedcom in order to import a new, more updated and correct one.  There are far too many branches to "undo" and far too much difficulty in importing a new gedcom... Geneanet simply allows you to "replace" data... Geni makes a disastrously difficult process of it.  DELETE MY GEDCOM/ TREE OR ACCOUNT/ I WANT OUT OF HERE AS IT IS TOO HUGE A TASK TO EXAMINE BRANCH BY BRANCH OF OVER 85000 ENTRIES TO MAKE VERY DRASTIC CHANGES.

ANY ATTEMPT TO SUBMIT A TICKET FORCES ONE TO CIRCUMVENT THE 'START FREE TRIAL' PAGE, AND THEN IT JUST BRINGS YOU BACK HOME SO NO TICKET CAN BE CREATED. 

THERE IS NO SIMPLE, CONTACT US, FUNCTION.

THERE IS NO EASE AT ALL.

  Hi John, we're sorry to hear about your experience. Geni is a shared, collaborative tree of the entire world with over 193 million profiles connected. Our GEDCOM importer is designed to only import a few branches at a time to limit duplication in the World Family Tree. The importer is not intended to be used to "replace" existing branches as you were attempting to do.
