I am attempting to update my family tree about 6 generations back. It is so slow. I watch the little circle spin round and round for 5 minutes or more. I go to my email account or FaceBook then come back and it is still spinning around. Is this normal? I am using the free version of family tree that comes with my Heritage subscription. I might pay for a family tree, but not if it performs like the free version does. Thanks for the assist.

Job Waterreus You could try to set the number of generations to display at bit lower and see if that helps

Elżbieta Pietrzak Please improve the service:
1. pages take too long to load when browsing through subsequent people in the family record,
2. in the tree
3. in the list of artists and other readings from various types of literature - after each click there appears a request to reload the page as in the attached file
