Got a Pro Account. What a MISTAKE! Can't merge profiles because I can't remember password for my Basic account which is under another email (still active) from years ago. Can't change email accounts because system doesn't send confirmation email to either email account, although I get daily emails from Geni on both accounts. Can't get to a customer service agent. The link to the expert Customer Service agents in help, when you click on it, takes you to an ad trying to get you to sign up for PRO, which I ALREADY have! I'm happy to delete both profiles and start over, but that isn't an option.
