How can I change Administrator to myself when the Administrator( my mother) is passed?

I have seen that other asked the same,theres a green box saying ”Answered” but one can´t read what the answer is.Does someone know? Thank!

  When a Geni user is deceased you can use the Actions menu on their profile page to report that user as deceased to Geni staf.

  Thanks,but that didn´t work but I found someone who could help me report her as decesed.My next problem is how I can be the admin on her profile as she was the admin of her side but I am the admin of nearly all other profiles in ”my” tree.The only answer of the same question was marked with a green box and Answered-but one could not read it.I guess I ´m not the only one to have this problem,it would be nice if a FAQ side were more informative.

  When Geni handles the report (that can take a few days. It may help to send prove of the deceased status) they will determine a new manager. As far as I understand the process they will first look to see if the user who added the profile is still active. If so that user becomes the new manager. If not they will try to find an active user in the family group and when available make that user the new manager. I'm not sure what happens if no new manager can be found. I think another user can add him/herself as a manager in that case (but I could be wrong)

  Wen you report a user as deceased you can ask for management.
