Hi, I tried to change the familytree view to the round one, but it is stuck now, a circle going round and round. I cannot go back to the previous view either. At least one other user has the same problem.

Yosef Kellner I have the same issue since yesterday, tried doing the round family tree and it was loading and loading forever.
And since then I can't even do a normal family tree.

T Kuisma The same issua here. I tried to solve it by deleting all cookies from geni.com and removing history data from last 24 hours, but those actions didn't help. Now there is no way to see any kind of ttree! This issue should be fixed urgently!!!

Dan Cornett I just tried Marja-Riitta's branch in fan view, and it worked fine for me ... and I had no trouble switching back to other Tree Views.
There may be issues with limitations of one's local computer. One thing to try is to change the 'Settings' of the maximum number of ancestors to display. Click on the 'gear' on the left side of the Tree View:
Set it down to 4 (if it is higher) and see if that will work.

T Kuisma To Dan Cornett: Trust me, it was a generic issue that was fixed before you posted your comment. It was of course impossible to try to change the tree settings as you couldn't get to any form of the tree once the fan version had jammed the whole thing.
Let's hope we won't see this issue any more.
