I bought MyHeritage Omni Plan but I cant access Geni Pro

Email received from My Heritage stated

I contacted My Heritage and they told me to

I understand you are encouraging an issue with your Geni subscription included on your Omni plan. I'm sorry to hear you are still experiencing this issue.

Upon checking we have noticed that your coupon has been redeemed but you are unable to use it. We have followed all steps and have done what is on our hands to solve this issue.
 
Please be as so kind to get in contact with Geni directly so they can help you adding this subscription manually to your Geni account.
 
Note that MyHeritage and Geni are separate platforms and for that reason Geni Support Team will help you adding this subscription to your account.

So I am asking for Genie to fix my situation..
